Some replacements due to damage/loss. Damage was NOT due to improper packaging; 100% from handling by shipper....NOT packing. Super impressed with the way everything was well packed & protected. More items likely would have been lost or damaged due to the egregious nature of the shipping damage had it not been for the excellent packaging. Filing for replacements w/Faire - super easy. Impressed by how fast shipping was so close to holidays and quality of products all are better than expected.
