A party in an envelope! Big Wheel Press's vintage style Pennant Cards are printed on antique presses on thick recycled card stock. They are then die cut and grommeted. Write your message on the back, send it, and when it is received it is ready to pop out of the card and hung! Cards come with a grocer's kraft policy style #10 envelope. 4 1/8" x 9 1/2"
