Great experience turned nightmare. Our initial orders came decently quick and without issue. Our most recent orders have taken weeks to fulfill, some still not received and placed on OCT 2. One of the orders came in missing two globes (invoiced but not in box). Catherine from cool globes called twice to imply that we did in fact get them, even after saying she was having issues with her warehouse. If you can get the product you pay for, they are good globes but not worth the hassle and risk.

What I appreciate about these snow globes is that the snow/glitter stays floating for a longer time than most. Also, I like that the bases aren’t all cluttered up with gaudy, tacky embellishments. Sophisticated designs.
