For a first order, one should be informed before completing the order that the EORI number is required for customs processing. I waited 6 weeks for my goods (although payment was made immediately) because the processing with UPS was so difficult. Unfortunately, communication with UPS is also poor, so I didn't know if the package would ever arrive. There is nothing to criticize about the goods themselves. Great quality at a good price.
