Pure Japanese Yuzu Juice and our classic kombucha is all that’s needed to make this booch one of our most alluring and uplifting flavors ever. Unsure what a yuzu is? It’s a famous Japanese citrus variety that tastes like a delicious amalgamation of several citrus varietals - mandarin, lemon, and grapefruit. It’s tart and tangy, but also intriguingly floral and nuanced. Traditionally fermented, raw, probiotic, non-alcoholic, gluten free, and vegan. Cases ship at ambient temperature, except during heat waves or through warmer areas. MUST REFRIGERATE UPON ARRIVAL.

We were searching for a new Kombucha on Faire, and the name caught my eye (and made me chuckle). The packaging is lovely, so we placed an initial order, which sold through quickly.
