Items I really wanted ended up not being shipped because they didn’t actually have the items I wanted. The items they did ship were fine but I had only added those items to reach the minimum order.

I've ordered from them several times now and have been pleased with the quality of the product. I only wish they had better retail packaging. Many lack titles, descriptions, bar codes, or even pictures appropriate to the value of the product. I usually have to plan to take at least one out of packaging to display.
