Definitely could've been packaged better, with bubble wrap. May just give products away as gifts, I can't display the lotions. Mask doesn't have a smell, lotion smells as advertised. 3/5

Ive been using sparitual for years and am thrilled to have it in our store and salon. I respect the company for how they do business + their vegan non toxics products. Lovely products and wide range of nail colors. The unique shaped nail brush in the polish bottle paints so nicely and goes on smooth. Love the hand serum + cream just as much. You will not be disappointed!

The items ordered: Jasmine Tuberose, Geranium Cedarwood, Citrus Cardamom massage oils, and Citrus Cardamom massage crème. NO POTENCY in oils. I question if the product had been sitting on a shelf or if environmental conditions could have affected the standard potency of the product. The massage crème is more like hand lotion. Customer service did not follow through with the RMA as promised. Disappointing for a 500 order.
