We ordered several pieces of Blue and White porcelain from Napa Home. All the pieces were beautiful and great quality. We did have a shipping issue with one single vase and Napa replaced it immediately. When the replacement arrived, it was also broken and they replaced it too immediately. After concluding we couldn't get one here in one piece, they immediately offered a refund. Fantastic customer service.

This one also arrived, but with a broken lid. I did tell them why it was happening (not enough padding around lid). They sent a third replacement. This also arrived with a broken base. In the mean time, they had already given me a refund for the item. Super customer service.
