I had never heard of Valerie. I was extremely pleased with the quality of these confections. The coating on the truffles is delicate, snappy, and delicious. The fillings are creamy, smooth and beautifully flavored. The brittle is crisp, deeply flavored, and the perfect balance of bitter and sweet. Highly recommended!
