Due to the natural biodiversity, Hawaii has strict regulations regarding import of agricultural products. Due to this, we cannot ship to Hawaii. *Photos are reference only. You will be shipped a plant of the same quality. *Shipping and Handling: We ship plants on Mon and Tues to minimize transit delays & use packaging to protect your plants during transit, to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition. Winter shipping: During winter months, we include heat packs with your plant if daytime temps at your destination are expected to drop below 40°F. We discourage shipping if daytime temps are to be below 25°F. You can contact us to hold your order from shipping until conditions are more favorable. We strive to ensure the safe delivery of your plants, be aware of these common shipping stressors: Browning or yellowing leaves, Minor damage to leaves or stems. If your order is damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will address ASAP.
