They absorb water and dry more slowly than nylon. Shake the brush after use and store it head-up in a well-ventilated place. They deform more quickly. Expect to replace it a bit more often. They are of animal origin — which excludes them if you are vegan. In that case, consider our Jungle bamboo brushes, whose bristles are soft nylon.
