These packets are 100% plastic-free, The Inner-material is a plant-based cellulose material, the outer-material is FSC kraft paper which both are suitable for home composting. Made in Europe and certified by TÜV AUSTRIA Belgium for 'OK Home compost'. Simply pop these into your home compost or food waste collection bin. They will naturally degrade in compost in around 4-6 months* and leave no trace of harmful substances behind. Not only this... Each packet contributes to planting and conserving trees in the Amazon Rainforest. Was pleased with the packages of candy, particularly as they are plastic-free and can be home composted. Sadly, the glass jars weren't so good - 2 of the 6 were barely 3/4 full and I simply couldn't sell them like that - felt rather short changed on those.
