I just received my first order, which was a sample of different knit/crochet kits and fibers. The quality of the fibers and the designs are really good, the kits are well packaged, I'm excited about bringing these into my store.

The products are top notch, but our customers don't connect with the kit packaging. Photos of the products in the colors ordered, and descriptive text on the back of the box, could give shoppers more to work with. Having samples would help, too. Other kit suppliers include samples for us to assemble with each order so we can 1. establish direct familiarity with the product and 2. have a finished example to entice buyers. It would be amazing if F&T offered that level of merchandising support.
