As often as we can, we make this traditional jelly with red currants grown near us in New York state, and then from across the US. Its most often enjoyed as a traditional jelly on toast and pastries, or as a favorite "secret" ingredient in many barbecue and basting sauces. Commonly used during the holidays as a topping in thumbprint and other shortbread and sugar cookies. All-Natural, Grain-Free, Gluten-Free, GMO-Free, Vegan, Nut-Free.
