Dickson's has responded quickly to fulfill orders and to answer any questions I have had. Unfortunately one shipment did have some damage but they took care of it the same day we notified them. The figurines we purchased are beautiful and we are looking forward to having them on our shelves. I will definitely remain a customer of Dckson's and am now looking at adding other merchandise from them to our store.

Order received quickly and as ordered. There were some damaged items but the claim was handled immediately. Very responsive company, easy to work with and I absolutely love the products. I can’t wait to get them on my shelves.

Shipping was quick. We did have an issue with one of our figurines being broken when we opened it up, but the we reported it and a replacement will be sent.

Probably not a fault of Dickens but super hard to request a replacement. I had two broken pieces in this shipment. And it shows nonrefundable.
