This is really really good, it just tastes like really fresh raspberries and a somewhat mild bite of mustard. I used it to make a glaze for king salmon, it was wonderful! It's definitely a keeper! I can't wait to figure out what to do it it next! I can't imagine this would work wonders on anything smoked!
