The panties were great, sized correctly, well-made, and fun! I hate to even write something sour because I love what this brand stands for and the love they put out into the world. Bra sizes were off for 5 of the 6 bras I ordered and the exchange process was long and drawn out. Reghan was slow to respond and I had to reach out and ask for updates at each turn. Finally, I reached out to Faire and Susie fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. Definitely disappointed.
