We may be one of Island Bamboos biggest fans! We've had to reorder from them multiple times in the last few months. Heres a tip: order way more than you think you may need!! These make amazing gifts, we sell on average 5 pieces a day and we're in a SMALL town. Very worth it.

Product sells extremely well and is great quality. The customer service is non existent. I’ve messaged multiple times with questions and have never received a response. I called and still could not get help. Finally had to have Faire customer support try to reach them. In time they did reply to Faire. But still can’t get replies directly from them with questions. My orders would be much larger if they would only reach out. Extremely frustrating.
