The Faire Direct referral offer provides you with:

• 50% off of your first order with that specific brand
• 1 year of free shipping on orders from that brand

How to qualify for the Faire Direct referral offer?

The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for the Faire Direct referral offer:

• You must sign up through the brand’s unique Faire Direct link
• The discount only applies to your first order with that specific brand
• The offer must be used within 7 days of creating your account

What is the Welcome offer?

The Welcome offer is a promotion available to certain retailers who join Faire. If you have been selected to receive this offer, the following conditions apply:

• 50% off up to a maximum discount on your very first order on Faire
• No brand restrictions– this offer can be used toward any brand on Faire
• The incentive must be used within 7 days of creating your account

How do I qualify for the Welcome offer?

The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for the Welcome offer, and the discount will apply automatically at checkout if you are eligible:

• You are a new retailer on Faire
• You have not placed any previous orders
• You did not sign up through a brand’s Faire Direct link

Does the Welcome offer apply to multiple brands in my cart?

Yes, the welcome offer can apply across multiple brands in your cart. The discount will apply to products from different vendors until the maximum discount value is reached.

The offer does not apply a separate discount to each brand individually. Instead, it’s a single offer that applies to all eligible items in your cart collectively, up to the promotional limit.

Ex: If your welcome offer includes a 50% off, up to $100 discount, that $100 can be spread across multiple brands in your cart. Once the full $100 has been applied, no further discounts will apply to the remaining items.

Why am I not seeing a discount at checkout?

If you didn’t receive a discount:

• Check your Orders to see if this was your first-ever order on Faire
• Confirm whether the promotion expired. Both offers will expire 7 days after your account was created
