Our recipe: Thyme will dominate the nose and also in the mouth; fennel, on the other hand, will take a back seat to bring anise sweetness. Close your eyes and imagine yourself in Provence. The cocktail idea: 4 cl of vodka, 2 cl of thyme, fennel, 1 cl of lime, 2 slices of cucumber. Top up with sparkling water and serve chilled.
