Indigena was born in the kitchen from the free and lively experimentation of two friends: Agata, cooking teacher, and Rita, journalist and writer. No ancient family recipe handed down, just a common passion for the botany of Etna and for new combinations that look at traditional knowledge with a contemporary eye and taste.
