There are 5 grades of pistachio: D, C, B, A, and S, ranging from the most yellow-green to the darkest green, almost black. We have chosen grade A for you, which combines an intense green color without becoming too dark and leaning towards an unsuitable color. They are grown in the Kerman province, renowned for its quality pistachio crops. The producer we work with has been cultivating them for generations, and the trees are between 10 and 25 years old.
