Confiture Parisienne has created a brand-new collection of jams: "Les Duos." These recipes combine two "flavors": a fruit and a spice, such as "Orange Vanilla," or a fruit and a flower, like "Raspberry Violet," "Peach Verbena," "Strawberry Cherry Blossom," "Blackcurrant Jasmine," or "Apricot Lavender," and sometimes even two fruits like "Strawberry Rhubarb." These recipes will help you (re)discover familiar flavors with that little extra twist. For this collection, we use far more fruit than sugar, unrefined cane sugar, and small-batch cooking in our laboratory in the heart of Paris. Thanks to this apricot fruit preparation, made with apricots from our producer Thibaut in Carpentras and delicately infused with fresh hand-picked French lavender (of course!), the sun is now at your breakfast table.
