Description
Riggi 's organic pasta is made with semolina from ancient durum wheat obtained by stone milling. Bronze drawn and dried at low temperature, our pasta has a wrinkled appearance to best retain your favorite sauce and all the typical flavor of the raw material. The golden rules for perfect cooking: boil 1 liter of water with 12 grams of salt for every 100 grams of pasta. When the water boils, add the pasta and do not exceed the recommended cooking time for perfect “al dente” pasta (we recommend tasting before draining, to make sure you reach the desired cooking time!).
