Une bière brassée avec du maïs et infusée à 100% avec du houblon NZ Rakau pour de légers parfums d'agrumes et fruits jaunes. Le principe d'une Cream Ale est de fermenter à basse température une souche de levure adaptée aux hautes températures. L'adjonction de maïs est de coutume pour adoucir et apporter de la texture à la bière. Une belle limpidité, un bel équilibre des ingrédients et une grande buvabilité sont indispensables.
