About Birrificio Ventitré
The Ventitré brewery is: HANDMADE Ours is a craft brewery, because it is independent and our beers are not filtered or pasteurized, as required by Italian regulations. TENABLE Our beers are produced respecting the environment, because we use only natural and renewable energy sources, in addition to the recovery of processing waste and the recycling of washing water. TERRITORIAL Our beers support local cereal farming, because we use barley from our territory, malted a few kilometers from the brewery. TWENTY-THREE Twenty-three is our number, that of the liters of beer we produced for each homemade crush, that of the day we were born as a brewery and that of the number of our production laboratory.
