Our organic IGP white pepper from Kampot is ranked among the best peppers in the world. It is produced using an ancient traditional method by a Belgian cooperative established in Kampot, La Plantation. The red grains are picked one by one from the cluster. They are then washed, scalded and spent one night in a tray of clear water. The skin that surrounds the core is then very supple and can easily be removed. The grains are then washed several times and dried in the sun for two to three days depending on the amount of sunshine. It is a characteristic pepper that will enhance your dishes, drinks and desserts. Our Kampot IGP organic white pepper is a product from organic farming, certified by Ecocert.
