These are simply sun-dried, then ground into powder and mixed with oil, oregano, and spices. A traditional process that preserves the powerful taste of olives and Mediterranean spices intact. Good pairings This spread is ideal for spreading on bruschetta or grilled country bread, plain or garnished with chopped parsley, slices of cheese (mozzarella, peppered pecorino), or anchovy fillets.
