I wanted to love this brand, but the issues I had on my first order were even more prevalent upon reorder. The flatware sets are from all different brands even when you order the same color. This makes it impossible to know what you’ll receive if a customer wants to reorder for a match. The silver sets do not come packaged for retail at all.

I love stocking my store with Eden + Ash products as they are gorgeous and high quality. The packaging is basically non-existent though, so that leaves me to create and add my own. I wish it came in a box.
