I received a broken earring in an order. The supplier refused to mark it as delivered, which blocked me from claiming the amount on Faire. I had to request Faire's intervention to force it to "delivered" so I could open the incident. After this, the supplier canceled the relationship with the excuse that "my store did not fit with their brand." My experience: poor management and zero professionalism. I do not recommend, as they prioritize avoiding claims over providing solutions.
