Located about thirty kilometers from Bordeaux, the estate is composed of three very different basements whose origin dates back to the Ecocene (~50 million years). The entire estate is being converted to organic farming and managed in agroforestry. We have planted more than 1,250 trees there, which provide shelter for ancillary wildlife and help lower soil temperatures during hot weather. This cuvée is made entirely of 500 lt amphorae with a long maceration of more than 7 months in whole grapes. For diversity and their help in working the vineyard, we currently welcome about twenty sheep in eco-grazing as well as 3 chicken coops. Our grapes are picked manually and sorted in the cellar to keep only the best. All our wines are without added sulphite in order to preserve fruit aromas and to offer a healthy and gourmet wine.
