Shorter in length compared to the Riccia Lunga, it features characteristic wavy edges that allow pairing with most of our sauces, from red to white ones, and is particularly suitable for ancient traditional Abruzzese recipes. It is especially well-matched with Porcini Mushroom sauce and Rustichella d’Abruzzo's Norma.
