Pasta Riviera is a family adventure! Founded in 2002 by a couple passionate about Italian products, the workshop was taken over by our family in 2018 and has since specialized in the manufacture of handmade pasta. Extra-fine French durum wheat semolina, egg yolks for some, water, slow drying to preserve the nutritional qualities of cereals: these are the basic ingredients that reflect the know-how transmitted by the founders. Dry, flavored, with or without egg... we offer a varied range, made every week in our workshop located in Brittany near Rennes. Read their story
