My brands and Favorites

My brands is your single destination to track, reorder, and stay up to date with all the brands you love and order from on Faire.


Where can I find My brands?

You’ll be able to find the My brands tab on your main homepage towards the very top, right next to the Refer a brand tab.

If you’re using the Faire mobile app, you’ll be able to see My brands by going to the heart icon at the bottom of your screen:

What you’ll find in My brands

My brands is divided into three parts. My brands allows you to:


1. Access the exclusivity page

Selecting Learn More on the exclusivity banner will redirect you to your exclusivity page. This page provides more information about our exclusivity program, which enables you to become the only Faire stockist of a brand's products in your local area by committing to the brand's required annual spend.


2. Receive updates from your brands

In Updates from your brands, you'll see the most important updates from brands you’ve previously ordered.

If you select Show all, you will see updates from your brands about New products, New collections, Promotions, and Back in stock items as they become available.

3. Locate additional brand details

In the All brands section, you will see all the brands you previously ordered from and the following details from those brands in one place:

  • The last few orders you’ve placed with your brands.
    • By clicking into a specific order, you’ll also be able to quickly add items to your cart for easy reordering.
  • The ability to sort your brands by category: New products, Insider, Promotions, and Exclusivity.
  • Direct access to your brands’ shop pages when you click on their brand image.

How do I follow brands?

You’ll have the ability to follow brands by visiting their shop page and clicking the Follow button on the top of the page to be able to follow them and receive any updates. Once you take this action, you’ll be able to find the brand you’ve followed on your Favorites section of your Account icon menu.


Where can I find brands I follow?

You’ll find the list of brands you follow by accessing your Account icon and clicking on Favorites. This will direct you to your Saved Products boards and Following page. You’ll be able to toggle between the two categories to review the products and brands that you’ve been saving.


How to save products to a board?

You can create a new board by:

  1. Clicking your Account icon
  2. Selecting the Favorites section
  3. Choosing Create Board from the page that loads

Once you've created a new board this way, you can favorite individual items to it using the heart icon on any product listing.

Additionally, you can click on the Change pop-up that appears after you heart a product, and this will open up another pop-up window where you can choose an existing board or create a new one to save the product to.

All of the items that you heart, will be accessed through your Favorites section, listed under Saved Products.


Can I save a product to Multiple Boards?

No, at this time this option is not available.


Is there a limit to the boards I can create?

There’s no limit, you can create as many boards as you can.
