Athos is an extra virgin olive oil with a strong and complex character, made from a blend of Frantoio and Moraiolo olives, harvested exclusively in the olive grove of our farm in Vetralla. With an intense and herbal fruity flavor, the scent is rich in notes of almond, arugula and artichoke. The palate is decisive, with strong bitter and spicy sensations and a spicy finish. It is recommended to savor raw: a few drops enhance every dish. Excellent with grilled red meat, vegetable soups, first courses based on fresh pasta and white ragù.
