Ardent Rum is produced from pure organic sugar cane juice, from a cooperative in Paraguay. The distillate is then aged for 3 years in oak barrels that have contained Belgian whiskey, then 3 months of maturation in Rivesaltes Muscat barrels. Double typicity combining the woody and dry side of whiskey, and the sweet and fruity side of Muscat. Long aftertaste, with a hint of vanilla and caramel. Gourmet nose. Tasting tips: To be consumed pure, on ice or in a Mojito cocktail. After a good meal, this rum can trigger long and exciting conversations.
