About Vermeil Spirits

Welcome to Vermeil Spirits! Located on the Vermeille coast, Vermeil Spirits creates and distributes organic spirits and premises based on natural ingredients produced in Languedoc Roussillon. These spirits from the south are produced from wine alcohol from organic wines. locals. We then create recipes by adding spices, plants and fruits organic to develop original and modern spirits, from the best natural and local ingredients. Distillation is done in a copper still, entirely conducted by hand and heated over a wood fire. The adventure began in 2022 when Baptiste and Roberto decided to create a range of spirits produced locally. Long-time friends, the idea was to promote natural spirits, distilled by hand with the best ingredients from Roussillon. The encounter with Distillerie du Renard (and its master distiller Simon Tardieu) made it possible to start the adventure in early 2023 with the launch of Gin Vermeil and Vermeil Pastis.
