Muscat is a fine grape or snout. It comes from the fermentation and then the distillation of wine. The grapes used come from our vineyards located in Aude in Portel des Corbières. The grape variety is Muscat Gros Grains. During the tasting, you will find an aromatic power similar to “cognac” with, in addition, the very present notes of Foxée and Muscat. Due to distillation, Muscat is transparent. This spirit contains 45%/vol.; it is ideally consumed fresh as a digestive to accompany coffee at the end of a meal. It can be stored at room temperature away from light. Tasting tip: Glaze the glass with an ice cube before serving the booze. -Contains alcohol
