Each fruit is harvested at maturity, then sliced and dried by our producer. Depending on the fruit, the temperature and drying time vary to preserve all its benefits. Our coconuts have no added sugar, coloring, or preservatives. It is simply sliced dried fruit. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
