I have disputed some of the items that came because they were literally just laying in the box w some shredded paper. That needs to be worked on because you have shipped these to me OVERSEAS. These were liquids mind you. I pack better when i ship to another town. Let alone overseas. So that led to have the items being broken. The labels were put on crooked on everything and it was sloppy. The candles cannot be used ( the cover is plastic ) MAJOR fire hazard.

After several orders from El Alquimista, I can say with a clear conscience that I have been very satisfied so far. It would of course be great if there were English descriptions on the items, as my customers rarely speak Spanish, but that's just a suggestion, as it would certainly boost sales. But otherwise, so far, tip-top.
