The Faire's team also tried to contact you, but you didn't respond. As you can understand, without your cooperation, it's impossible for us to process this claim. If returning the products is necessary to process the warranty claim with the insurance company, you cannot refuse to do so and demand new products while keeping the supposedly defective ones.
