Paccheri are a Neapolitan pasta shape. They resemble large macaroni and are perfect for a variety of fillings, served with simple tomato sauces or meat, but they also excel when prepared plain with fish and vegetables. They are also suitable for baked pasta, either in a pan with a delicious sauce to bind them together, or baked en papillote (en papillote) with other tasty ingredients.
