All items arrived as described. Was a small delay due to demand and it being the Christmas Session. Customer Service (Arran) kept us up to date with delivery updates. Had an issue where the Composition sheets where not in the package. This was resolved by Arran via message and he sent across digital copies of this information. Can't wait for these to be sold at our stall next week. I am certain they will be highly wanted.

Products missing, what we did receive some was broken, labels that should have been received never turned up. Slow communication. Ended up applying for a refund also the covering on the donuts was split and open, something we wasn’t willing to send out to customers

The Christmas donuts look great and are packaged in an appealing way. I think they may prove very popular! They are good value for money and I look forward to coming back for more products soon.
