Love the quality and the purpose of this brand. So inspiring and love everything about it. I just wish most of the bags were lined and comes with dust bags because of the quality of the bag.

I've placed multiple orders from Le Papillon over the past year. The first couple of orders were great; quality, description and shipping speed. The last two orders have been a bit of a disappointment unfortunately. The last order took a month to ship out and communication was very hit or miss, it required me checking in multiple times to get updates. Once the order arrived I had to return multiple bags due to quality. Hoping the kinks get worked through.
