always great products. a bit sad that they don't update on here when they're sold out of products as often times those products are the main reason for my purchase, but the quality is always great. absolutely recommend.

damages & 2 Missing , reported to Faire then harassed by company for not immediately responding to their email on Friday 13 responded on Tues working w/ customers not in front of computer especially weekends! I return emails on days off Tues & Wed, responded back 2 bus. days, but company sent email threats report to FAIRE ? Why ?? didn’t even give me chance of response did feel it was very unprofessional. Not sure if I would recommend. See pictures sloppy work missing the mark on quality work

the sage bag was open and there was sage all over the bottom of the box. my last order of cauldrons had a chipped lid. this order one lid wasn't included. i was told it would be shipped out the next day. i have not received it nor had a response since. it was a surviving item ordered for a customer and their deadline for needing the item has passed.
