I have no words to describe their customer service and their products. Both amazing! I bought from them knowing it would take a while to get the products bc they were on holidays, but as I loved the candles, I bought them anyway. At the same day I sent them a message if there was any chance to receive my products earlier and for my surprise I ended up getting them 30 days in advance! I'm very thank full for that The products are amazing!!! I recommend!

Hello - we received our order yesterday and unpackaged today. One of the Room Sprays (ocean) arrived open and empty. Generally, the packaging was pretty loose - many of the diffusers were open and the cardboard bottoms unattached. I think extra padding or tighter boxes would have prevented the disarray and additional work we've done to make them ready for sale. Please advise whether you will credit or replace the damaged room spray. Thank you, Maria
