High quality wool blend felt was meticulously cut then sewn in place to create this anatomical heart diagram pillow cover. Mounted on beautiful decorator-weight fabric, the pillow cover measures approximately 16 x 16 inches with a zipper closer along bottom. 18 x 18 inch polyfill inserts available for an additional cost.
