In a time where many vendors use “supply chain” issues as excuses for communication gaps and reasons for lack luster customer service, this brand does the opposite. I had a piece ruined by customs, and Karen fixed it SO FAST! Also sent a replacement. These orgonite pyramids are stunning, and wonderfully made. You won’t be disappointed.
