UPDATE Company contacted me to apologize and try to rectify. I appreciate that and they will speak to their packaging dept. The box looked terrible and not because of travel. It looked like it was packaged without care taped poorly. Box must have been wet or damp or very old it smelled terrible as did all the wrapping. There was a rusty nail inside one of the singing bowl boxes.
