The color is gold, with orange reflections. Nose: Light, stewed apple and pear, highlighted by notes of citrus and sweet spices. Palate: Delicate, powerful and complex, round and intense in the mouth. Aromas of cooked apples, balanced by the melted tannins of Calvados.
